Job Summary
Supervises and coordinates activities of workers in all food and beverage outlets during the assigned shift. Manages daily employee work stations and break schedules; ensures prompt, courteous service; monitors adherence to service standards; greets guests; oversees the operation of restaurant beverage services; ensures proper opening/closing of beverage shift operations; enforces proper uniforms and procedures; resolves guest complaints professionally; manages inventory control; evaluates employee performance and provides coaching or counseling as needed; coordinates cleaning and repairs of beverage outlets; performs related administrative duties and reporting. Requires strong customer service and communication skills, ability to supervise staff and manage shift operations, inventory control, adherence to policies, and the ability to stand and walk for the majority of the shift. Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications; must be at least 21 years old.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in a related field, or one (1) year of related experience
- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications
