Job Summary
Oversee Banquets department operations by ensuring staff teamwork, inspecting grooming and attire, and completing opening/closing duties including setup, cleaning, and inventory management. Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, and guest well-being while addressing service needs and assisting individuals with disabilities. Manage work orders for maintenance repairs and support hiring, training, scheduling, and employee development as a role model for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment policy. Enforce safety and security protocols, report incidents, and implement efficiency improvements to meet quality standards. Maintain professional relationships with guests and employees while adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications

- Valid New South Wales Responsible Service of Alcohol Competency card
- Full Australian Working Rights
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds (23 kg) without assistance
- Must be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period or for an entire work shift
- Must be able to move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces
- Must be able to move up and down stairs and/or service ramps
- Must be able to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
