Job Summary
The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for daily F&B operations. Responsibilities include weekly department staff scheduling, employment hiring process, new hire processes, administering and enforcing internal cash and inventory controls, maintaining daily/weekly revenue reports, weekly purchasing of all liquor/beer/wine/beverage supplies, upholding sanitation and Health department standards, maintaining maintenance schedules for beverage department equipment, and ensuring adherence to department uniforms and safety standards. The role requires the ability to maintain clean, safe work areas, meet attendance guidelines, and comply with regulatory, department, and company policies. Qualifications include a High School diploma and a minimum of three years’ experience managing a high-volume food operation, plus licenses including Level II Missouri Gaming License and Missouri Servers License, and a valid driver's license. Strong English communication, customer service, teamwork, and basic Microsoft Office skills are essential.
