Food & Beverage Supervisor

Conduct assigned shift supervision, hold pre-shift meetings, and monitor guest experiences while staying on the floor during peak hours. Observe and correct staff service, check grooming and punctuality, and complete environmental and liquor room cleanliness checklists. Handle guest complaints, manage inventory by ordering supplies and reviewing amenities, and assist with front-of-house positions including IRD and minibar duties. Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, forecasting, inventory management, and payroll assistance while adhering to liquor liability laws and emergency procedures.
