Job Summary
Lead the Food & Beverage team on a rotating 7-day roster to ensure seamless dining experiences and drive sales across the restaurant and bar. Supervise staff daily to confirm competency in selling menu and beverage items while guiding them through departmental policies and product knowledge. Maintain constant communication with all departments and promote the Accor Live Limitless loyalty program. Manage on-boarding and training to support team development. This full-time role at Ibis Wellington requires a GM certificate or ability to obtain one, along with a current LCQ certificate and three months of supervisory experience in New Zealand. A first aid certificate is favorable.
