Job Summary
Oversee daily F&B operations, ensuring smooth service and high-quality standards while coordinating with kitchen staff to maintain menu quality and consistency. Lead, motivate, and develop a team of F&B staff to achieve operational excellence, manage inventory, and control costs. Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and conduct regular training sessions to enhance service skills. Assist in creating innovative promotions and monitor sales data to identify improvement opportunities. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment for staff and guests. Requires RSA Certificate, proficiency in POS systems, and flexibility for various shifts including weekends. Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor or in a similar leadership role
- Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to motivate team members
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate and knowledge of food safety regulations
- Proficiency in inventory management, cost control, and POS systems
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends
