Job Summary
Supervise Food & Beverage dinner service within the restaurant and bar, ensuring service standards are followed for a friendly, genuine, and engaging guest experience. Assist the Restaurant Manager in purchasing, stock control, and managing SOPs. Build and develop a high-performing team through coaching, collaboration, and empowerment. Requires minimum 2 years experience in high-end dining operations, RSA certification, and flexibility across shifts. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role within high-end dining operations
- Valid South Australian RSA certification
- Availability across a variety of shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Strong service skills and confidence in all aspects of service, particularly dinner service
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities with excellent written and verbal communication
