Job Summary
Provide exceptional onboard food and beverage service aboard the British Pullman train; maintain and safeguard the allocated car and passengers, assist with depot and departure point operations, and handle guest interactions with high-level hospitality. Maintain full knowledge of onboard menus and boutique items, acknowledge and address passenger dietary, medical, or special occasion requests, and contribute to a luxurious, customer-focused experience.
Required Qualifications
- eligibility to work in the UK
- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
- hospitality qualification an advantage
- good knowledge and understanding of food and wine
- excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
