Job Summary

Supervise the Food & Beverage Service staff to ensure optimum guest service and adherence to company standards. Responsibilities include inspecting staff grooming and attire, completing opening and closing duties, managing inventories and stock requisition with FIFO, ensuring dining-room safety and guest well-being, and coordinating with management on hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, and coaching employees. Promote teamwork, uphold the Open Door Policy, follow all safety and security policies, maintain confidentiality, and strive to improve organizational efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and cost-savings. Requires standing for extended periods, physical ability to move objects up to 50 pounds, and the ability to perform other reasonable duties as assigned. Preferred qualifications include a high school diploma/GED, 2+ years related experience, and 1+ year supervisory experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
  • Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
