Job Summary
Oversees daily restaurant operations, supervises station setups and service flow, leads the team to deliver high guest satisfaction, assists the Outlet Manager in achieving service standards and profitability, provides menu and beverage recommendations, takes and inputs orders accurately, upsells food and drinks, ensures timely service, maintains cleanliness and organization of stations, mentors F&B staff, trains new hires, ensures safety and hygiene compliance, and maintains strong guest relations through personalized service; strong English communication, interpersonal skills, reliability, and teamwork are essential, with a focus on delivering a leading guest experience.
Required Qualifications
- Certificate or diploma in hospitality or related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an international class restaurant.
