Food & Beverage Service - Executive

Conduct opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies, cleaning equipment, and inspecting storage areas for organization and FIFO compliance. Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service quality, guest safety, and well-being while addressing service needs and assisting individuals with disabilities. Lead staff in grooming, attire, and team coordination; assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching employees. Complete work orders for maintenance repairs, follow safety policies, and report accidents or unsafe conditions. Ensure adherence to quality standards and implement efficiency improvements. Perform physical tasks involving lifting up to 50 pounds, navigating stairs and ramps, and reaching overhead or below the knees.
