Food & Beverage Service Captain - Nook

Conduct opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies, cleaning equipment, and organizing storage areas using FIFO. Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service quality, and guest safety while inspecting staff grooming and attire. Assist in hiring, training, and scheduling employees; evaluate performance, counsel staff, and enforce the Open Door Policy. Complete scheduled inventories, stock requisitions, and maintenance work orders. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management; ensure adherence to safety policies and complete required certifications. Welcome guests, address service needs, and assist individuals with disabilities. Maintain professional appearance, protect company assets, and implement efficiency improvements. Perform physical tasks involving lifting up to 50 pounds, navigating stairs, and reaching overhead or below the knees.
