Job Summary
Open and close dining, grill, pub, banquet, or event areas while ensuring spaces are clean, set, and accommodating. Conduct pre-shift meetings, coordinate service flow, and direct staff to serve guests promptly and courteously. Monitor labor hours, manage inventory, and handle billing accurately. Troubleshoot performance issues, resolve guest complaints, and ensure compliance with sanitation and alcohol service laws. Serve as the supervisor on duty during events, maintaining food quality and operational standards. Shifts are as necessary based on business levels; this team lead role supports the TPC Network's premier golf course and clubhouse.
Required Qualifications
- Thorough knowledge of food and beverage service operational procedures
- Thorough knowledge of sanitation practices
- Thorough knowledge of state liquor laws as applied to food and beverage
- One to three years of similar experience in progressively responsible positions
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
