Food & Beverage Service Assistant (Experienced)

Provide professional table and drinks service across the Clubhouse, private events, and hospitality areas of the Brocket Hall estate. Take orders accurately using EPOS systems while setting up and preparing restaurant, bar, and event areas. Serve food and beverages to a high standard, understanding menus, allergens, and dietary requirements. Communicate confidently with members and guests, handling requests and resolving straightforward service issues efficiently during busy services. Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and organisation while working as part of a wider hospitality team.
