Job Summary
Prepare the venue for service in accordance with SOPs and maintain cleanliness and organization of all work areas and equipment. Welcome guests warmly, build rapport with regular guests, and provide personalized, attentive service to ensure an enjoyable dining experience. Take orders, serve food and beverages efficiently, and maximize sales through menu knowledge and upselling. Maintain established standards of quality, service, and cleanliness at all times. Support daily operations through inventory management, stock replenishment, ordering activities, and banquet service as required. Flexible shifts (early morning, daytime, late-night) and commuting distance to the hotel are required; English and Japanese preferred. Strong multitasking, organizational, and time management skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with both local and international guests.
