Food & Beverage Server- (Full Time)

Job Summary
Greet arriving guests at your assigned station, take accurate orders, and serve food and beverage requests promptly while maintaining strict adherence to TPC Brand Standards and menu specifications. Ensure work stations are properly refilled, manage par stock inventory, and handle cash tips and credit card transactions with full accountability. Set up and break down dining tables, banquet equipment, and theme decorations as required by reservation plans or special event orders. Advise supervisors immediately of any guest complaints or intoxicated individuals, and participate in continuous cleaning and up-keep of all Food and Beverage areas. This role supports the TPC Network's premier golf course, which hosts the FedEx St. Jude Championship, with early morning, late night, weekend, and holiday shifts available.
Required Qualifications
- Thorough knowledge of food and beverage service procedures
- High school education or equivalent
- One or two years additional years' experience
- Ability to stand
