Food & Beverage Server- (Full Time)

Job Summary
Greet arriving guests at the assigned station, communicate menu specials, and take orders accurately while serving food and beverage items that meet strict standards. Refill work stations, set up and break down tables and equipment, and maintain accountability for cash tips and par stock inventory. Handle and count cash, process credit card charges, and verify member numbers and signatures to ensure proper posting. Advise supervisors of guest complaints or intoxicated members, ensuring compliance with all operating guidelines and state regulations. Open dining areas, manage special events, and complete requisition forms as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Thorough knowledge of food and beverage service procedures
- High school education or equivalent
- One or two years additional years' experience
- Ability to comply with all applicable federal, state and local safety and health regulations
- Ability to stand
