Job Summary
Food & Beverage Sales Executive responsible for applying sales techniques to maximize revenue and maintain guest loyalty for Marriott. Includes upselling, promoting Marriott Rewards points, processing reservations via phone/fax/mail, and handling guest inquiries. Supports Sales & Marketing, trains and motivates staff, ensures adherence to policies and brand standards, communicates professionally, and collaborates with team to achieve goals. Requires ability to move objects up to 10 pounds and perform general office duties; background includes hospitality-focused sales experience and customer service.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 2 years of related work experience
