Job Summary
The Food & Beverage Restaurant Manager is responsible for ensuring prompt and courteous service to members, monitoring employee performance, and maintaining high standards of service. Duties include conducting departmental meetings, developing cost-saving measures, resolving member complaints, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The role requires a focus on staff training, effective communication, and representing the club with professionalism. Ideal candidates will have progressive experience in the restaurant or hotel/resort environment, with a strong emphasis on leadership and mentoring.
Required Qualifications

- Proven ability to lead by example and foster mentoring relationships
