Approach all guest and employee encounters with an attentive, friendly, and service-oriented manner while maintaining high standards of personal appearance and grooming. Comply with Aimbridge Hospitality standards and regulations to ensure safe, efficient operations, and immediately follow up on accidents, problems, or guest complaints. Monitor server cash overages and shortages, maintain proper disciplinary actions, and assist the Food and Beverage Manager in maintaining costs, preparing wage progress reports, and conducting monthly inventories. Initiate and promote sales efforts, develop promotional ideas, and plan department meetings. Attend pre-meal meetings and other required gatherings, perform side work duties for servers, and react to emergency situations by knowing fire safety locations. Work a rotating schedule including weekends and holidays.
