Job Summary
Coordinate day-to-day operations of the hotel's Food & Beverage outlets, meetings, events, and banqueting functions while supervising the team and ensuring service delivery meets brand standards. Proactively improve guest satisfaction by responding timely to enquiries and leading initiatives that advance service standards, profitability, and cost control. Ensure compliance with all legislation and best practices through documented due diligence for internal and external audits. Build effective relationships with key stakeholders and foster a culture of growth and performance within the department.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in food & beverage service as well as meetings & events operations within a hospitality environment
- Strong supervisory and managerial skills with a hands-on approach and lead-by-example work style
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry
- Ability to find creative solutions with proven problem-solving capabilities offering support where required
- Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence, time and energy
- Experience of working with IT systems on various platforms
- Strong communication skills
