Job Summary
Food & Beverage Operations Manager at Oldfield Club leads daily dining operations across all outlets, delivers exceptional member experiences, mentors front-of-house teams, manages budgeting and inventory, maintains safety and sanitation, and collaborates with leadership during clubhouse renovations to ensure seamless service and a warm, hospitality-driven culture.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three (3) years of progressive Food & Beverage management experience in a private club, resort, hotel, restaurant, or upscale hospitality environment.
- Demonstrated success managing multiple dining outlets, service teams, or food and beverage operations.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards, inventory management, labor controls, and budgeting.
- Experience recruiting, training, coaching, and developing service teams.
- Proficiency with POS systems, scheduling software, inventory management platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to remain composed and effective in a fast-paced, member-focused environment.
- Knowledge of alcoholic beverage service regulations and certification requirements.
- Private club experience preferred.
