Job Summary
Oversees daily food and beverage operations, ensures service standards and operational procedures are consistently executed, supports labor planning and scheduling, leads service recovery and guest-satisfaction initiatives, collaborates with culinary, beverage, and hotel leadership teams, monitors performance and implements improvement strategies, supports training and leadership development, and ensures compliance with food safety and alcohol service regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Progressive leadership experience in hospitality required
- Strong understanding of food and beverage operations
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage performance
- Effective communication, organization, and decision-making skills
- Physical & Scheduling Requirements: Requires extended on-floor leadership presence and flexible scheduling.
