Job Summary
Supervise daily Food and Beverage shift operations, monitor compliance with policies and standards, and maintain the operating budget while verifying legal obligations. Manage staffing levels to meet guest service and financial objectives, coordinate cleaning programs across all areas, and support the monthly self-inspection program. Assist in ordering supplies, operate department equipment, and provide guidance to subordinates by setting performance standards and monitoring results. Analyze information to solve problems, review guest satisfaction data, and foster a collaborative environment that emphasizes teamwork and brand-specific service culture.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 4 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
- 2 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
