Job Summary
The Food & Beverage Office Coordinator at the Oklahoma City Convention Center manages financial operations for the F&B department, including creating event budget files for labor and food cost projections, updating BEOs, posting events and cost data in reports, reviewing BEOs for accuracy of admin fees and taxes, compiling cost breakdowns for at-cost items, managing cash room and deposits, updating SMOR three-month projections, tracking month-end data (sales, inventory usage, labor cost, at-cost), processing PO invoices in HUB, maintaining licenses and permits, verifying timesheets for payroll, and supervising the F&B office assistant. Requires Associate’s degree in accounting/finance and two years of applicable experience in Food & Beverage accounting, with strong analytical, communication, confidentiality, organizational, and multitasking abilities; proficient in Excel, POS systems, and accounting software (e.g., Sage/Dynamics 365) and accustomed to interacting with all organizational levels. Note: includes flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays and to use various software tools mentioned in the description.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in accounting or finance from an accredited college or university
- Two years of experience in an accounting or finance role in Food & Beverage Operations preferred
- Equivalent combination of education and professional experience
