Job Summary
Oversee all food and beverage operations, including fresh food, grab-and-go meals, beverages, and catering programs, while driving sales and hitting performance goals. Monitor trends to create action plans that optimize results and become the in-store expert on promotions and marketing initiatives. Own and deliver training for Customer Service Associates to build proficiency and motivate them to provide outstanding service. Support hiring, scheduling, and team development while recognizing great performance to help Associates grow. Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting food service area that meets all health and safety standards. Oversee inventory, ordering, and equipment upkeep to support smooth and efficient operations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends, and holidays, to meet business needs
Desired Qualifications
- Strong leadership experience, ideally in food service or retail environments is a plus
- Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask, make decisions, and drive change in a fast-paced environment
