Job Summary
Oversee all food and beverage operations, including fresh food, grab-and-go meals, beverages, and catering, to ensure efficiency and consistent quality. Drive food service sales by monitoring trends, creating action plans, and delivering training for Customer Service Associates to build proficiency and motivate outstanding service. Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting food service area while managing inventory, ordering, and equipment upkeep. Support hiring, scheduling, and team development to recognize great performance and help Associates grow. Work alongside the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to deliver a fresh, efficient, and customer-focused experience daily.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends, and holidays, to meet business needs
Desired Qualifications
- Strong leadership experience, ideally in food service or retail environments is a plus
- Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask, make decisions, and drive change in a fast-paced environment
- Skilled in problem solving to drive results, boost sales, and streamline operations
