Job Summary
Oversee all food and beverage operations, including fresh food, grab-and-go meals, beverages, and catering programs. Drive food service sales and hit performance goals while monitoring trends to create action plans that optimize results. Own and deliver training for Customer Service Associates to build proficiency and motivate outstanding service. Support hiring, scheduling, and team development by recognizing great performance and helping Associates grow. Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting food service area that meets all health and safety standards. Oversee inventory, ordering, and equipment upkeep to support smooth and efficient operations. This role requires flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, with an hourly range of $23.40 - $31.55.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
