Job Summary
Oversee all food and beverage operations, including fresh food, grab-and-go meals, beverages, and catering, to ensure efficiency and consistency. Drive food service sales while monitoring trends to create action plans that optimize results. Own training for Customer Service Associates, support hiring and scheduling, and maintain a clean, safe environment meeting all health standards. Manage inventory, ordering, and equipment upkeep to support smooth operations. Deliver a fresh, efficient, and customer-focused experience daily alongside the General Manager and Assistant General Manager.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends, and holidays, to meet business needs

- Strong leadership experience, ideally in food service or retail environments
- Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask, make decisions, and drive change in a fast-paced environment
