Job Summary
Food & Beverage Manager overseeing all food and beverage operations, partnering with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to drive sales, ensure health/safety standards, and deliver a customer-focused experience. Responsible for program ownership of fresh food, grab-and-go, beverages, and catering; lead promotional efforts and marketing initiatives; train and develop Customer Service Associates; assist with hiring, scheduling, and staffing; manage inventory, ordering, and equipment; monitor trends and implement action plans to optimize results; maintain a clean, safe, and inviting service area while upholding company policies and standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends, and holidays
- Strong leadership experience, ideally in food service or retail environments is a plus
- Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask, make decisions, and drive change in a fast-paced environment
- Skilled in problem solving to drive results, boost sales, and streamline operations
