Job Summary
Oversee all food and beverage operations, including fresh food, grab-and-go meals, beverages, and catering, to ensure efficient and consistent service. Drive food service sales by monitoring trends, optimizing results, and executing promotions and marketing initiatives. Own training for Customer Service Associates, support hiring and scheduling, and maintain a clean, safe, and inviting food service area meeting all health standards. Manage inventory, ordering, and equipment upkeep to support smooth operations. Work alongside the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to deliver a fresh, customer-focused experience. This role requires flexible availability for various shifts, weekends, and holidays, with an hourly range of $24.20 - $32.75 and eligibility for monthly bonus incentives.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends, and holidays, to meet business needs
Desired Qualifications
- Strong leadership experience, ideally in food service or retail environments is a plus
- Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask, make decisions, and drive change in a fast-paced environment
