Job Summary
Oversee the food and beverage operation, manage annual budgets and revenue goals, and conduct monthly inventory control and reporting. Direct F&B staff through scheduling, real-time coaching, and performance evaluations while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Manage banquet contracts, plan events, and maintain dining room standards through attentive service and issue resolution. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required, with flexibility based on business needs. Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years leadership experience in a restaurant, golf club, or hospitality environment
- Strong understanding of service standards, dining room operations, and event execution
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and motivate team members
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and remain professional in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
- Schedule flexibility based on business needs
