Job Summary
Food & Beverage Manager to lead front-of-house operations across the Club restaurant, bar, pool snack bar, pool bar, and beverage carts; ensure service standards align with Troon and Hidden Valley Country Club; develop and enforce SOPs; drive exceptional member and guest experiences; oversee events planning and execution; recruit, train, and manage front-of-house staff; monitor inventory, labor costs, and budgeting; collaborate with Executive Chef and Club leadership to enhance dining and programming; maintain safety, cleanliness, and professional conduct across all outlets.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive Food & Beverage management experience
- Experience managing multiple food and beverage outlets simultaneously
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Proven ability to deliver high levels of hospitality and member satisfaction
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with inventory management and labor scheduling
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and POS systems
- Preferred: Private club, resort, hotel, or upscale restaurant experience
- Preferred: Troon, Club Essential, Jonas, Northstar, or similar hospitality software experience
- Preferred: Food safety certification and alcohol service certification
- Preferred: Experience leading member events, tournaments, and social programming
