Job Summary

Oversee the Food & Beverage department at Temecula KOA at Vail Lake, including planning and preparing breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus; leading kitchen operations; recruiting and training department staff; creating and maintaining weekly schedules; ensuring adherence to state health code rules; managing inventory and supplier partnerships; coordinating with senior leadership and the GM; and planning and executing large and small-scale events to increase campground occupancy, while delivering professional guest service and maintaining operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other internet applications
  • Tourism/Customer Service/Hospitality Experience – or like leadership experience in department
  • Hold a valid Driver’s license
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
  • Sit/Stand for long periods of time
