Job Summary
Food & Beverage Manager at Temecula KOA at Vail Lake oversees all aspects of department operations in a campground setting. Responsibilities include planning and preparing breakfast, lunch and dinner menus; creating weekly menus and specials; ensuring adherence to state health codes for bar and café; coordinating supply ordering, inventory, vendor partnerships, and large/small scale events to increase campground occupancy; recruiting, hiring, training, and evaluating department staff; conducting HR tasks and staff scheduling; leading department leadership duties and cross-functional coordination with the GM and KEI leadership; maintaining staffing performance through training, time sheets, and performance reviews; and ensuring professional guest service and adherence to purchasing policies. Required skills include hospitality/tourism experience or equivalent leadership experience, ability to lift 50 lbs, valid driver’s license, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and strong communication; preferred bilingual abilities and organizational strengths.
