Job Summary
Plan and manage banquet operations, restaurant, room service, bar, and catering events up to 400 people to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service, and financial goals. Direct and oversee recruitment, development, training, and performance reviews for department employees while resolving conflicts and enforcing fair treatment policies. Develop, recommend, and implement the annual budget, business plan, and forecasts to meet management expectations. Implement company programs to ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, and sanitary regulations. Market Food and Beverage outlets by developing menus, promotions, and displays to capture in-house guests and expand local market share. Manage maintenance and sanitation of food and beverage areas and equipment. Respond to customer needs and issues to enhance future sales prospects.
Required Qualifications
- More than two years of post high school education
- One to two years of employment in a related position with this company or other organization(s)
- Excellent oral communication
- Excellent comprehension
- Must have knowledge of food safety and chemicals/agents for training purposes
- Excellent vision
- Ability to lift, push, pull and carry tables, chairs, trays, plates, and chaffing dishes on a daily basis, 20 -40 lbs
- Mobility -95% of shift covering all areas of outlets supervising
- Continuous standing to assist at hostess station
- Climbing stairs
