Job Summary
Oversee daily Food and Beverage operations, ensuring timely order delivery and guest satisfaction while managing beverage services within budget constraints. Monitor outlet maintenance and sanitation to comply with regulations and protect assets. Schedule hourly team members and maintain regulatory compliance with the State Gaming Agency, including knowledge of the Responsible Gaming Program. Assist in retaining and motivating staff while adhering to company policies. Work nights, weekends, and holidays in a 24/7 high-energy casino environment, handling items up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- RAMP certified
- Serv-Safe certified
- Three (3) full years of employment in related position
- Thorough knowledge of restaurant/bar practices and procedures
- Ability to work with and understand financial information and data, and basic arithmetic functions
- Full working knowledge of POS
- Ability to qualify for and maintain licensure as required by the State Gaming Agency
- Knowledge of approved Responsible Gaming Program
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays
- Ability to handle, carry or lift items weighing up to 50 pounds
