Job Summary
Oversee daily Food & Beverage operations at Copthorne Hotel Manchester, including planning and organising all F&B activities, supervising the team to deliver outstanding customer service, and ensuring efficient operation of outlets. Report to the Operations Manager, collaborate with the management team, respond to guest feedback, participate in Duty Management shifts, and drive achievement of F&B KPIs. Lead and train staff to maintain service excellence in a high-volume hospitality environment.
Required Qualifications
- Strong people management experience within Food & Beverage operations
- Ability to lead the team and train as required
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Good organisational skills
- A professional approach with the ability to work well under pressure
