Oversee food and beverage operations across all restaurants, banquet functions, and in-room dining while introducing new methods and ensuring innovative food displays. Drive operational efficiencies and synergies across the network to achieve optimum results, taking full ownership of guest complaints and banquet standards to exceed expectations. Act as an Accor Ambassador to enhance the company image and market reputation while delivering entrepreneurial leadership and creative problem-solving. Requires 8 to 10 years of experience with at least 2 to 3 years in a similar role, including successful pre-opening experience.
