Job Summary
Oversee all culinary, restaurant, beverage, and room service operations while managing budgets, employee engagement plans, and guest satisfaction initiatives. Develop and implement business plans, maintain cost management indices, and lead the Food and Beverage department by supervising staff, coaching team members, and driving continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with food and beverage laws, conduct performance reviews, and resolve guest complaints to maintain brand standards. Manage day-to-day operations across all departments while fostering a culture of teamwork and empowerment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 4 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
- 2 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
