Job Summary
Develops and oversees the food and beverage operations including culinary, restaurant, beverage and room service; leads budgeting and financial planning for F&B,; manages daily operations and a team to ensure exceptional guest service and compliance with F&B regulations; drives guest satisfaction and staff development, coaching, and performance reviews to uphold the brand’s service culture and financial objectives. Must supervise and guide Food and Beverage departments, ensure quality standards, and foster a collaborative, high-performing environment; demonstrates integrity, establishes goals, and aligns department goals with overall hotel objectives.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 4 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
