Job Summary
Oversee daily front-of-house operations at Latitude Restaurant, Lava Love Coffee Bar, and Flo Bar & Pool, ensuring seamless service and adherence to Black Desert Resort's hospitality standards. Lead and train servers, bartenders, baristas, and hosts while managing staff scheduling, labor cost control, and operational planning across all venues. Handle guest relations, address inquiries and service recovery, and monitor cleanliness, presentation, and ambiance to maintain a refined dining experience. Support inventory control, ordering, and stock management for FOH operations, oversee cash handling and POS transactions, and lead pre-shift meetings to communicate service expectations and menu updates. Assist in planning special events and VIP dining experiences while collaborating with the General Manager and outlet chef to align service and kitchen operations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of restaurant or food & beverage management experience
- preferably in a luxury or fine dining setting
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- ability to train and develop FOH staff
- Deep understanding of hospitality, service flow, and upscale dining operations
- Knowledge of coffee programs and craft cocktail service
- Experience with POS systems, reservations software, and inventory management
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on restaurant and bar operations
Desired Qualifications
- ServSafe and responsible alcohol service certification preferred
