Food & Beverage Manager

Lead and manage the staff and operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring superior menu delivery and memorable guest experiences. Interview, select, train, schedule, coach, and support associates while monitoring product quality, guest satisfaction, and sanitation compliance. Visually inspect facilities, maintain equipment, document inventory, forecast usage, and monitor supply levels for linen and glassware. Effectively handle internal and external customers with patience and diplomacy, participate in marketing efforts, and obtain guest feedback on service and food quality. Adhere to alcohol serving regulations, sustainability guidelines, and OSHA safety standards. Work varied shifts, holidays, and weekends, lifting up to 50 pounds and performing duties as requested by management.
