Job Summary
Manage four business units including Quick Service Café, Burger Restaurant, Full Service Lounge, and Banquet/Events Program while leading 30-40 staff in a fast-paced environment. Oversee menu creation, scheduling, payroll, cash management, event planning, inventory, and ordering, ensuring safe alcohol service and compliance with liquor laws. Provide on-floor supervision, support team development through one-on-ones, and handle building maintenance and risk management. Communicate daily with senior management via logs and meetings to drive guest experience improvements. This seasonal role starts November 4, 2026, at $25-$26/hour, requiring 3+ years in full-service management and 2+ in banquet events. Candidates must hold a Level 2 WSET or equivalent, possess a Serving it Right Certificate, and be able to work long hours, overtime, and extended periods on their feet.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment in a leadership role
- Min 3yrs+ experience in full-service restaurant management
- Min 2yrs+ experience in banquet/event management
- High knowledge of Wine & Spirits (Level 2 WSET or equivalent)
- Experience in managing/working with a large group of seasonal staff
- High knowledge of computers and Toast systems (or other POS systems)
- High level of diplomacy and proven problem-solving skill dealing with teams and guests
- Must be 19 years old
- Have a Serving it Right Certificate
- Able to work long hours and expected to work overtime in busy periods and holidays
- Be on feet for extended periods of time
- Able to Lift 50lbs and bend and push repeatedly
- Exceptional attention to detail

- High level of cash handling experience
