Food & Beverage Manager, Full Time

Oversee all food and beverage operations, including service, administration, and profitability, by analyzing daily activities for sales, covers, and operational costs. Provide above-and-beyond guest services, resolve complaints, and manage staffing levels to ensure smooth high-traffic operations. Lead the team through daily floor presence, coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations while maintaining strict cost control and inventory policies. Interview hourly candidates, approve new hires, and handle payroll edits. Work long hours, five to six days a week, to uphold continuous improvement standards and support overall hotel performance.
