Food & Beverage Manager

Supervise the Food & Beverage department including restaurant, kitchen, lounge, and banquet services while establishing staffing needs and overseeing recruiting, screening, and hiring. Conduct training and development for team members, enforce company policies and health codes, and inspect equipment for cleanliness and working condition. Manage labor hours and food costs to control expenses and meet budgeted Gross Operating Profit targets. Respond promptly to escalated guest inquiries and complaints, prepare for brand audits, and maintain inventory control. Ensure satisfactory brand scores by collaborating with management and implementing necessary improvements. Flexible availability is required to meet business demands for events, restaurant hours, and team member absences.
