Job Summary
Oversee and manage all Food & Beverage service outlets, catering services, and kitchen operations for the property; ensure compliance with health, safety, and franchise specifications; manage budgets and financial objectives, coordinate with Sales to maximize profitability, and lead staff performance and training to maintain a high-quality guest experience. Requires strong leadership in cost controls, SOP adherence, guest issue resolution, and ability to communicate effectively with guests and management; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five years’ experience in a similar position
- High school graduate or equivalent; degree in hospitality management, business, and/or culinary preferred
- Safe food handling certification
- Familiarity with Sales and Marketing tools, as well as food and beverage cost controls
- Ability to read and interpret documents, such as B.E.O.'s, safety rules, procedure manuals
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
