Job Summary
Food & Beverage Manager responsible for end-to-end restaurant operations at Courtyard Fort Worth Alliance Town Center, including P&L accountability, reservations and service flow, staffing, scheduling, and guest experience. Leads pre-shift briefings, recruits and onboards team members, coaches performance, and fosters a high-performing, guest-centric culture. Ensures compliance with OSHA and health codes, maintains equipment and safety standards, oversees POS and cash handling, supports marketing initiatives, and manages labor schedules and payroll to align with financial goals. Demonstrated ability to drive revenue while controlling costs, deliver exceptional service, and collaborate with kitchen and hotel leadership to sustain high-quality food and beverage offerings. This role emphasizes leadership, operational efficiency, and a commitment to hospitality excellence.
