Job Summary
Manage daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including breakfast service, bars, and banquet rooms, while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards. Conduct daily pre-shift meetings, prepare weekly work schedules, and review payroll records for accuracy. Recruit, interview, and train F&B team members, overseeing performance evaluations and coaching staff to meet service expectations. Personally engage with guests during peak times to resolve complaints and anticipate needs. Maintain inventory, place orders, and control labor costs to meet budgeted numbers. Work a varied schedule covering all shift times, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, while lifting up to 40 pounds and tolerating exposure to cleaning solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of F&B experience in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of spirits, beer and wine, and responsible alcohol service
- TIPS/TAM certified
- Must have food server permit
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Professional appearance
- Positive attitude
- Must tolerate prolonged periods of standing, walking
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
- Must tolerate exposure to cleaning solutions
- Must be willing and able to work a varied schedule, covering all shift times of food & beverage operations, including weekends, evenings and holidays
