Job Summary
Develop and manage all financial, employee engagement, and guest satisfaction plans for the Food and Beverage department while maintaining a positive cost management index. Supervise the culinary, restaurant, and beverage teams to ensure operational standards, brand service culture compliance, and exceptional customer service across all functions. Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching and mentorship, and resolve guest complaints to drive continuous improvement and productivity.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 4 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
- 2 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
